1. Bazaar5 will issue a full refund for the products damaged in shipping or that have expired. Buyers must provide valid proof of the damaged or expired product within 3 days of product delivery to be eligible for this credit.
2. Cancellation is allowed before the item is shipped.
3. Product returns would only be accepted within 15 days after the product is delivered. Please ensure that the returned products are shipped within 15 days to get the refund.
4. The return policy is not applicable to food items. But if you are not satisfied, you will receive a refund on a case-by-case basis after our customer representative gets in touch with you.
5. Bazaar5 reserves the right to refuse service to buyers who abuse the return process and to permanently ban the buyers from using Bazaar5.
6. If there is a mistake on the part of Bazaar5 sellers, Bazaar5 provides a refund based on the details of the issue.
